At Now Boarding we do things differently. We are a UK-based boutique recruitment consultancy operating exclusively in the international luxury hotel market.
We recruit ExCom and Corporate level roles globally, with a particular focus on the Middle East region.

FOUNDER
Now Boarding was founded by Dan Pollard. Dan has 20 years’ business experience within both the talent and leisure sectors.
​
After graduating in French from King’s College, London, the first 8 years of his career were spent in the senior-level Procurement sector.
Following that he launched and then later sold two successful premium restaurant concepts in Manchester.
Dan launched Now Boarding in 2018 as a way of marrying his passion for luxury hospitality with his keen interest in helping people find opportunities that can further their professional life experiences.
He lives in south Manchester with Danielle and their four year-old daughter Dylan and new-born son Iggy.
